At Moore Resources, we pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional customer service. Most insurance agencies do not have remarketing departments, as it isn't viewed as a revenue generator for them. It is especially rare at local, Family-Owned Agencies. However, at Moore Resources we have one of the best Remarketing departments in the state. We wanted to highlight these incredible employees and give our customers and perspective clients some insight into this aspect of Moore Resources!

Why Have a Remarketing Department: Our agency was founded in 2008, during the peak of the housing crisis. Many Insurance carriers increased their rates tremendously to counteract what was happening in the economic environment. The biggest thing our Agency Founder and CEO, Dave Moore, heard from new customers was "My agent did a good job for me three years ago, but I haven't heard from them since and that's why I decided to give Moore Resources a call". Dave vowed to make exceptional customer service the backbone of our agency, contrary to what was happening in the industry. In 2015, he predicted that the insurance market in Florida was going to slowly begin increasing rates across the board and in an effort to champion of customers, he designed the high preforming unit we call the remarketing department.

What Does the Department Consist of:  The remarketing department is made up of a dedicated team of staff members whose job is to ensure our clients are getting the best possible rate our carriers have to offer each and every renewal. They are constantly looking for ways to get you the best price without compromising coverage. The most important thing about our staff members is that we do not take a sales approach. We are risk advisors. It is our job to educate you about your coverage and not try upsell you!

The results: Each month, we save our current customers an average of about $50,000! In this market, our insureds take solace in the fact that we are doing everything we can to limit their increases and expenses! In addition, new customers, especially those who were nonrenewed or previously insured with carriers who went insolvent such as St. Johns, Avatar, or FedNat were able to be remarketed with our carriers and quickly secured coverage.
